Troopers Charge Nine with DUI

Between March 8-25, responded to the following DUI incidents:

On March 8 at 10:48 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for erratic driving on I-95 northbound at milepost 35.7 in Bensalem. The driver, Lauren M. Elliott, 24, of Bristol, was found to be intoxicated. She faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Thomas Falcon investigated the incident.

On March 21 at 12:35 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 37.9 in Bensalem. The driver, Kristopher L. Meyers, 26, of Wilmington, DE, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.

On March 21 at 4:16 p.m., state police responded to a disabled vehicle on I-95 northbound at the Pennsylvania Turnpike overpass. The driver, Christopher A. Hoagland, 23, of Lancaster, was found to be intoxicated. He was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and was wanted in Lancaster County. He was lodged in Bucks County Prison. On March 23 at 3:14 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Jonathan Celestin, 22, of Levittown, was found to be intoxicated. He faced DUI charged in district court. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.

On March 23 at 10:21 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 southbound at milepost 37.9in Bensalem. The driver, William D. Doyle, 48, of Flemington, NJ, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charged in district court. Trooper Erik Sinwich investigated the incident.

On March 24 at 2:37 a.m., state police responded to a disabled vehicle on I-95 northbound at Trenton Road in Middletown. The driver, Rohan Marlon Arjun, 24, of Philadelphia, was found to be intoxicated. He faced DUI charges in district court. Trooper Robert Richter investigated the incident.

On March 24 at 4:36 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 southbound at milepost 41.6 in Middletown. The driver, a 22-year-old male from Levittown, was found to be impaired. He faces charges in district court. Trooper Erik Sinwich investigated the incident.

On March 25 at 1:41 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Kevin A. Shoester, 22, of Croydon, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Kevin Lee investigated the incident.

On March 25 at 4:12 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for swerving and weaving on I-95 southbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Allan R. Kessna, 23, of Trenton, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Kevin Lee investigated the incident.
