Troopers Charge Two with Drunk Driving

The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose Station. It does not imply conviction.

Between Feb. 15-16, Trevose troopers made the following arrests:

On Feb. 15 at 10:17 p.m., state police investigated a disabled vehicle on I-95 southbound at milepost 40.6 in Middletown. The driver, Ashley Volkan, 22, of Philadelphia, showed signs of impairment and was given a field sobriety test. She was arrested with DUI and refused a blood test. She was processed and released. Trooper Erik Sinwich investigated the incident.

On Feb. 16 at 1:46 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Young H. Moon, 59, of Levittown, was found to be impaired and arrested for DUI. He was given a blood test, processed and released. Trooper Matthew Lopresto investigated the incident.
