Troopers Charge Two with Drunk Driving

One man from Doylestown; the other from Levittown.

On March 24, made the following DUI arrests:

On March 24 at 12:42 a.m., Matthew Gardner, 45, of Doylestown, was stopped by state police for a traffic violation on I-95 southbound at Old Lincoln Highway in Middletown Township. Police determined that Gardner was intoxicated. He was arrested for DUI, transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center for a blood sample, processed and released. Trooper Steven Moyer investigated the incident.

On March 24 at 8:48 a.m., Daniel L. Hallman, 39, of Levittown, was stopped by state police at Route 413 and Trenton Road. Police received a call about Hallman drinking a can of beer while driving. He was found to be intoxicated with open beer cans in the car. He was given a blood test, processed and released. Trooper Matthew Lopresto investigated the incident.
