Troopers Charge Two with Drunk Driving

The following arrest information was provided by the Pa. State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

Between Oct. 11-14, state police made the following DUI arrests:

On Oct. 11 at 2:12 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at Tennis Avenue in Bensalem. The driver Frank J. Forte, 26, of Bensalem, was found to be intoxicated. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.

On Oct. 14 at 2:38 a.m., state police observed a vehicle stopped in the shoulder on I-95 northbound at Exit 40 in Bristol Township. The driver, Kyong Nae Cho, 32, of Morrisville, was found to be intoxicated. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.
