Troopers Charges Two with Drunk Driving

Drivers were pulled over on I-95.

The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

Between Feb. 9-10, made the following DUI arrests:

On Feb. 9 at 6:40 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on I-95 northbound at Route 213 in Middletown. The driver, William J. Clemens, 44, of New Hope, was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was processed and released. Charges will be filed in district court. Trooper Irwin investigated the incident.

On Feb. 10 at 2:51 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on I-95 northbound at milepost 33.1 in Bensalem. The driver, Lisa Anne Pincurek, 39, of Philadelphia, was found to be intoxicated and placed under arrest for DUI. She was given a blood test, processed and released. Charges will be filed in district court. Trooper Steven Moyer investigated the incident.
