Troopers Investigate Casino Incidents

Incidents included thefts and counterfeit bills.

Between May 10-13, state police responded to the following incidents at Parx Casino:

State police are investigating a bankcard theft that allegedly occurred between May 10-11 at Parx Casino. Police said a 46-year-old Willingboro, NJ woman claims her ATM card was used for several unauthorized withdrawals and fees totaling $942.93. Trooper R. Keeys investigated the incident.

On May 11 at 9:15 p.m., state police responded to Parx Casino for a reported theft. Police said a 65-year-old Philadelphia man left an envelope containing money on a slot machine seat as he moved to another area. Another patron took the envelope, but was later located in the casino. The money was returned to the owner without further incident. Trooper R. Keeys investigated the incident.

On May 13 at 2:25 p.m., state police responded to a theft at Parx Casino. Police said a 51-year-old East Windsor, NJ man left $91 in credits on a slot machine. A suspect removed the credits, produced a voucher and left the casino undetected. Trooper R. Keeys investigated the incident.

On May 13 at 8:30 p.m., state police responded to Parx Casino for a reported forgery. Police said a 56-year-old Bristol woman attempted to exchange a counterfeit $20 bill at the main cashier. Trooper R. Keeys investigated the incident.
