Troopers Make Three DUI Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

Between Sept. 10 and Sept. 12, made the following arrests:

On Sept. 10 at 4:24 a.m., state police responded to the scene of a one-vehicle accident on I-95 southbound at Old Lincoln Highway in Middletown. Police said the driver lost control and struck the center median. The driver, Richard J. Slamon, 60, of Yardville, N.J., was found to be intoxicated. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Steven Moyer investigated the incident.

On Sept. 11 at 2 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on I-95 southbound near Street Road in Bensalem. The driver, Kurt E. Reinert, 29, of Philadelphia, was found to be intoxicated. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.

On Sept. 12 at 1:18 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Guillermo Ortiz, 31, of Philadelphia, was found to be intoxicated. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.
