Troopers Make Two Arrests

Charges included DUI, false ID to police and driving with a suspended license.

The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

Between Feb. 18-19, state police from the Trevose station made the following arrests:

On Feb. 18 at 7:28 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 37.9 in Bensalem. The driver, Chay Irons, of Wallingford, was found to be intoxicated. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Thomas Geerlof investigated the incident.

On Feb. 19 at 3:07 a.m., state police conducted a patrol check of a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 37.5 in Bensalem. The driver, Christal R. Marks, 22, of Trenton, provided a false name and date of birth to police. It was also determined that Marks had a suspended license. She was charged and arraigned before Magisterial District Justice Michael Burns who set bail at $10,000. Trooper Thomas Geerlof investigated the incident.
