Troopers Report Drug, DUI Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

Between May 29 and June 3, made the following arrests:

On May 29 at 11:09 p.m., state police responded to for the report of a patron smoking marijuana. Police said Saihou O. Kah, 66, of Burlington, NJ, was found smoking a cigar filled with marijuana. He also had marijuana in his bag. In an attempt to destroy the evidence, he put the marijuana in his mouth and swallowed it. He was arrested and lodged in county prison on $50,000 bail. Trooper Brandon Horlacher investigated the incident.

On May 30 at 11:53 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on Woodhaven Road at Bristol Pike. The driver, Michael Rivera, 23, was found to be intoxicated and in possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Robert Richter investigated the incident.

On June 2 at 3:37 a.m., state police responded to a stopped vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 42 in Middletown Township. The driver, Jessica L. Luna, 24, of Langhorne, was found to be intoxicated. She was arrested for DUI. Trooper Kevin Lee investigated the incident.

On June 3 at 2:31 a.m., state police responded to a one-vehicle crash at Old Lincoln Highway and Durham Road in Penndel. The driver, Samuel C. Contento, 27, of Levittown, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper Erik Sinwich investigated the incident.
