Troopers Report Drunk Drivers, Accidents, Arrests

Incidents occurred in Lower Makefield, Langhorne Manor, Bristol and Bensalem.

Between May 23 and 24, responded to the following incidents:

On May 23 at 6:46 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle driven by John M. Kwon, 39, of Langhorne, on I-95 at Exit 49 in Lower Makefield. He was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI. Trooper Gronski investigated the incident.

On May 24 at 10:39 a.m., state police responded to a two-vehicle crash at Comly and Hulmeville avenues in Langhorne Manor. Both drivers, an 85-year-old woman from Langhorne and a 25-year-old male from Croydon, sustained injuries to the head and neck and were transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center. Passengers in both vehicles were uninjured. Middletown and Penndel police and Middletown-Penndel EMS assisted state police. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.

On May 24 at 7:30 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle driven by Neil C. Fesko, 25, of Bristol, on the Route 413 ramp to I-95 southbound for a traffic violation. An NCIC check on the vehicle registration showed it to be stolen out of Philadelphia. Fesko was arrested for receiving stolen property. Trooper Thom investigated the incident.

On May 24 at 9:40 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle driven by Matthew S. Watts, 26, of Bensalem, on Bensalem Boulevard near Pasqualone Boulevard for driving erratically. Watts was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI. He was given a blood test, processed and released. Trooper Thomas Geerlof investigated the incident.
