Troopers Report Drunk Drivers, Casino Incident

The following arrest information was provided by State Police at the Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

Between July 14-17, state police investigated the following incidents:

On July 14 at 12:38 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle driven by James E. McIntosh, 25, of Sewell, NJ, on I-95 southbound at milepost 34.8 for a traffic violation. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance and placed under arrest for DUI. He was given a blood test, processed and released. Trooper Steven Moyer investigated the incident.

On July 15 at 6:05 a.m., state police responded to for a harassment incident on the casino floor. Police said Gregory Dale, 37, of Philadelphia, came from behind a slot machine player and shoved his head into the machine. Harassment charges were filed in district court. Trooper Allen Karch investigated the incident.

On July 17 at 12:42 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle driven by Domenick J. Parris, 46, of Glenolden, on I-95 northbound at the Park and Ride ramp for a traffic violation. Parris was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI. He was given a blood test, processed and released. Trooper Steven Moyer investigated the incident.

On July 17 at 2:57 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle driven by Jose A. Cotto, 41, of Trenton, on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 for speeding. He was found to be impaired and charged with DUI. He was given a blood test, processed and released. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.
