Troopers Report Drunk Drivers, Underage Drinking, Hit & Run

The following information was provided by the State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

Between April 27-29, responded to the following incidents:

On April 27 at 7:31 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle at Langhorne-Yardley Road at Bridgetown Pike in Middletown. The driver, Carol Gannon, 52, of Levittown, was found to be intoxicated and driving with a suspended license. She faces charges in district court. Trooper Thomas Geerlof investigated the incident.

On April 28 at 2:30 a.m., state police responded to a vehicle stopped in the shoulder on I-95 northbound at milepost 35 in Bensalem. The driver, Jeanette Bell, 25, of Hamilton, NJ, was found to be intoxicated. She faces DUI charges. Trooper Brandon Horlacher investigated the incident.

On April 28 at 11:50 p.m., state police investigated an incident on I-95 northbound at milepost 37.4 in Bensalem. Kiara Morris, 20, of Trenton, was cited for underage drinking. She faces charges in district court. Trooper Dung Martinez investigated the incident.

On April 29 at 2:02 a.m., state police responded to a hit-and-run accident on I-95 southbound at Exit 37 in Bensalem. Police said a small white sedan sideswiped another vehicle. Both cars pulled over after the collision, but then the white vehicle fled the scene. Anyone with information is asked to call 215-942-3900. Trooper Dung Martinez investigated the incident.
