Troopers Report DUI Crashes, Drug Possession

The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

Between June 22-24, investigated the following incidents:

On June 22 at 3:34 a.m., state police responded to a one-vehicle crash on Route 413 at the off ramp of I-95 in Bristol Township. The driver, Harry J. Bell, 44, of Fairless Hills, was found to be intoxicated. Police said he failed to negotiate the turn at the above intersection and struck the guiderail. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.

On June 23 at 11:48 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 southbound at Ford Road in Bristol Township. A passenger in the vehicle, Tara D. McCormack, 32, of Philadelphia, was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. She faces possession charges. Trooper Bernie Mullen investigated the incident.

On June 24 at 1:26 p.m., state police responded to a one-vehicle crash on I-95 southbound at milepost 47.5 in Lower Makefield. The driver, Alvaro N. Ramirez, 29, of Trenton, was found to be intoxicated and driving a vehicle owned by his employer. Trooper Donald Brackett investigated the incident.
