Troopers Report DUIs, Disorderly Conduct, Burglary

The following information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

On Feb. 28 at 9:12 a.m., responded to Hulmeville Road and Hulme Avenue, Hulmeville. Police charged Matthew G. Holton, 30, of Bensalem, with disorderly conduct when he yelled obscene words at a woman because her car broke down in traffic. Holton also caused a two-vehicle crash and was cited for an unsafe lane change. Trooper Tavernier investigated the incident.

State police are investigating a burglary at Tracy’s Auto Repair on Reetz Avenue in Hulmeville. The incident occurred between Feb. 28 at 10 p.m. and Feb. 29 at 2:30 a.m. An unidentified suspect broke a window and took numerous hand tools and fled the scene. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.

On March 5 at 12:52 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at Street Road. The driver, Gabriel P. Lordon, 35, of Feasterville-Trevose, was found to be impaired. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.

On March 5 at 2:36 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 at Street Road. The driver, M. Baptiste, 22, of Ewing, N.J., was found to be impaired. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges in district court. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.
