Troopers Report Hit-and-Run Crashes

Both accidents occurred on I-95 in Middletown.

On Nov. 7, from the Trevose station investigated the following accidents:

At 2:59 a.m., state police responded to a hit-and-run crash on I-95 northbound near Trenton Road in Middletown. Police said a vehicle driven by a 23-year-old Langhorne woman struck the rear of another vehicle. The Langhorne woman’s vehicle left the roadway and down an embankment. The other vehicle never stopped continuing north. Trooper Joseph Krut investigated the incident.

At 9:35 p.m., state police responded to a hit-and-run crash on I-95 northbound at Exit 44 in Middletown. Police said a vehicle left the roadway for an unknown reason and struck a tree off the right shoulder. The driver was described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’11” and 170 lbs. He was wearing blue jeans and a green jacket. Trooper Horlacher investigated the incident.
