Troopers Report Recent Arrests

Charges included disorderly conduct, terroristic threats and DUI.

Between April 27 and April 29, responded to the following incidents:

On April 27 at 9:24 a.m., state police arrested Eric Titus, 38, of Levittown, and charged him with disorderly conduct and making terroristic threats to a Bristol Township officer at district court. Trooper Matthew Thom investigated the incident.

On April 29 at 3:18 a.m., state police found Sean R. Burns Williams, 39, of Philadelphia, asleep at the wheel of his car on I-95 northbound at milepost 36. Police said his vehicle was blocking the right lane. Burns was found to be intoxicated. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He will be charged with DUI via summons. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.
