Troopers Report Theft, Warrant, DUI

The following arrest information was provided by state police from the Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

Between July 19-21, responded to the following incidents:

State police are investigating a reported theft from a vehicle at the Septa Park and Ride. Police said between 7:20 a.m. and 9 p.m. on July 19 an unknown actor cut the catalytic converter from a Toyota Tacoma and fled the scene. The victim is a 33-year-old male from Bensalem. Trooper D. Gupta investigated the incident.

On July 20 at 4:10 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 southbound at milepost 37in which Matthew P. Ramos, 18, of Philadelphia, was a passenger. Police learned that Ramos was wanted for an active bench warrant out of Philadelphia. He was taken into custody and released to Philadelphia police.Trooper Carrie Gula investigated the incident.

On July 21 at 12:48 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle driven by Zachary S. Bruni, 20, of Bensalem, on I-95 at milepost 34.8 for speeding. He was found to be intoxicated and charged with DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bruni was given a blood test, processed and released. Trooper Robert Richter investigated the incident.
