Troopers Report Three Arrests

Individuals locked up after traffic incidents.

Between April 17 and April 19, responded to the following incidents:

Don't Pass Using Shoulder

On April 17 at 2:06 p.m., state police responded to the scene of a two-vehicle accident on I-95 southbound at milepost 42. Police said a vehicle operated by Tarail A. Davis, 20, of Philadelphia, attempted to pass another vehicle on the shoulder when it struck the vehicle’s left side. His vehicle then struck the guide rail and flipped over onto its hood in the median of the highway. No injuries were reported. Davis was arrested by Lower Makefield Police. Trooper Matthew Thom investigated the incident.

Traffic Stop Yields Fugitive Arrest

On April 18 at 10:17 a.m., state police a vehicle driven by Warren Wagner, 45, of Levittown, at the intersection of Route 413 and Winder Drive, Bristol Township, for various vehicle code violations. Wagner provided false identification. Police also found drug paraphernalia in the back seat. Police discovered that Wagner was listed as a wanted person in Middletown Township, Florida and Philadelphia. He was processed and transported to Bucks County Prison. Trooper Matthew Thom investigated the incident.

Drunk Driving Accident

On April 19 at 12:29 a.m., state police responded to the scene of a two-vehicle accident on I-95 northbound near Exit 35. Police said Justin C. Grobelny, 23, of Philadelphia, was driving his vehicle in the right lane when he struck from behind the bumper of another vehicle, which spun clockwise across three lanes of travel striking the guiderail off the left shoulder. Grobelny’s vehicle struck the right guiderail. Grobelny fled the scene and was located later at the registered owner’s house by Philadelphia troopers. He showed signs of recent injury and intoxication. He was arrested for DUI and taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center for blood work. He was admitted to the hostpital. Trooper Matthew Lopresto investigated the incident.
