Troopers Respond to Fights, Thefts
The following information was provided by the State Police Trevose Station. It does not imply conviction.
Between Aug. 6-19, responded to the following incidents:
On Aug. 6 at 10:30 a.m., state police were called to the lobby of for a reported fight between two females. Zhiling Wei, 72, and Nuiyuan Song, 65, both of Philadelphia, engaged in a fight over slot machine coupons. As a result of the fight, Wei sustained a small cut on her forehead. Trooper Keith Sinclair investigated the incident.
Between Aug. 18 at 8:30 p.m. and Aug. 19 at noon, someone entered two vehicles in the 700 block of S. Pine Street, Langhorne, and stole a Coach purse, shoulder bag, bank card, visor, whistle and $10 in change. Trooper Matthew Thom is investigating the incident. Between Aug. 18 at 9 p.m. and Aug. 19 at 6 a.m., someone entered two vehicles in the 100 block of Langehorne Avenue, Langhorne, and stole a GPS, wristwatch and $17 in change. Trooper Gronski is investigating the incident. Anyone with information should call 215-942-3900.
On Aug. 19 at 7:46 a.m., state police responded to a domestic incident in the 300 block of Hill Avenue, Langhorne. James Hughes, 52, was charged with terroristic threats and harassment. He was arraigned in district court and released on $25,000 unsecured bail. Trooper Gronski investigated the incident.
