Tuesday Arrests Include Warrants, Underage Drinking, Retail Theft

Those charged were from Philadelphia, Levittown and Bensalem.

On Tuesday, Feb. 15, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 12:41 a.m., Leo Dennis McCarthy, 49, of the 13000 block of Philmont Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 1500 block of Bristol Pike, on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 2:13 a.m., Jane Collins, 41, of the 3500 block of W. Crown Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested at Dunksferry and Knights roads, on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. She was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

At 2:50 a.m., Justin Anthony Evans, 19, of Goldenridge Drive, Levittown, was arrested in the 1500 block Bristol Pike, and charged with underage drinking. He was issued a citation.

At 5:38 p.m., Jose Reyes, 19 and Angel Garcia, 18, both with no fixed address, were arrested in the , and charged with retail theft. They were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail each.

At 6:50 p.m., Marissa Cloak Rodriguez, 32, of the 2100 block of Veterans Highway, Levittown, was arrested in the 2400 block Byberry Road, on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 8:25 p.m., Steven C. McCoy, 40, of the 3100 block of Knights Road, was arrested in the 2500 block Knights Road on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 10:11 p.m., Sarah E. Ridings, 30, of Gaping Rock Road, Levittown, was arrested in the 2300 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Phila. She was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 11:45 p.m., Keena T. Howard, 35, of the 4500 block of N. 19th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Delaware County. She was taken to Bucks County Prison to await Delaware County Sheriffs.
