Vandals Tag Croydon Garage With Graffiti, Police Report

Bristol Township police reported one arrest and several other crimes.

Nadeem Avvasi, 50, of Levittown, was arrested, according to police. He was charged with simple assault in connection with assaulting another person. Police said it happened after an incident at Great Oak Road in Levittown at 1:58 p.m. on Oct. 11. Police said Avvasi was was arraigned with bail set at $50,000 unsecured.  

A 2008 Chevrolet, bearing Pennsylvania registration No. YPC1808, was stolen from Sunset Lane in Levittown, police report. It happened between Oct. 10 and Oct. 11. Police reported the contents of the vehicle value $2,000.

A dirt bike, valued at $200, was stolen from a shed at Ford Road in Bristol, according to police. It was reported at 10:45 p.m. on Oct. 11.

Coins, valued at $1,000, were taken from a home on Susan Avenue in Croydon, police reported at 4:22 p.m. on Oct. 11.

A washer, valued at $450, was stolen from a yard of a home on Excelsior Avenue in Croydon, police reported at 9:12 p.m. on Oct. 11.

Vandals struck at a garage at Princess Avenue in Croydon. Police said graffiti was tagged throughout the garage. It was reported at 3 p.m. on Oct. 11. Police said the approximate damage is $400.

Vandals also through a large rock through the rear window of a 2002 Jaguar, parked at the Liberator Street in Levittown, causing approximate $500 in damage, police said. It was reported at 7:18 p.m. on Oct. 11.
