WATCH: Do You Know This Man? Bensalem Police are Looking for Him

Bensalem Police are seeking the public's help to identify a suspect involved in an attempted burglary at the First Stop Tobacco Shop on Tuesday morning.

Bensalem Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect involved in an attempted burglary at the First Stop Tobacco Shop on Tuesday morning. Officials have released surveillance video from the incident. 

According to police, a man attempted to pry two rear doors at the 1606 Street Rd shop. 

“The actor then smashed the side window with a hammer in an attempt to steal the cash register. He was unable to gain entry due to the metal grates behind the window.  The actor appears to have sustained a laceration to his right forearm from reaching through the broken glass,” police said.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 30s with brown hair.  He was wearing a hat, gray t-shirt, dark shorts and brown sneakers.
