Wednesday Arrests Include Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Theft, Conspiracy

One Bensalem man and three females from Philadelphia were charged.

On March 9, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 4:28 a.m., Joseph Tully, 43, of the 4900 block of Oxford Court, was arrested at his residence and charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. He was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

At 4:29 p.m., the following individuals from Philadelphia were arrested at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy. Samantha Williams, 23, of the 1500 block of Oxford Street was released on $10,000 unsecured bail. Latoya Williams, 19, of the 1600 block of N. Snyder Street was released on $10,000 unsecured bail. A 17-year-old female will have a juvenile criminal allegation filed against her.
