Weekend Arrests Include DUI, Fraud, Retail Theft, Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness and Warrants

Between Feb. 4 and 6, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Feb. 4 at 2:31 a.m., Peter Cortes, 42, of the 3000 block of Ford Road, was arrested at Street Road and Brookwood Drive, and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Feb. 4 at 11:59 a.m., David Biedryki, 32, of the 9500 block of Hilspatch Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3300 block of Street Road, and charged with access device fraud. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

On Feb. 4 at 3:02 p.m., Shirley Riley, 31, of the 10000 block of Morton Place, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She received a citation.

On Feb. 4 at 3:27 p.m., Amanda Louise Thomas, 33, of the 4600 block of Boston Avenue, Trevose was arrested in the , and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

On Feb. 4 at 5:30 p.m., Rachel Salmon, 33, of Bluebonnet Road, Langhorne, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road, and charged with retail theft. She was released on unsecured bail.

On Feb. 4 at 6:49 p.m., Michael John Vance, 36, of the 1000 block of Finch Road, Southampton, was arrested in the 5000 block of Hulmeville Road and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He will receive a citation.

On Feb. 4 at 9:37 p.m., Robert H. Linneman, 3rd, 35, of the 900 block of Hertford Drive, Hatfield, was arrested at Bristol Pike and Tennis Avenue, and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Feb. 4 at 11:29 p.m., Dong S. Kim, 50, of the 4700 block of Anaconda Road, was arrested in the 4700 block of Anaconda Road, and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Feb. 5 at 12:30 a.m., Hung Anh Le, 40, of the 9800 block of Cowden Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at Neshaminy Boulevard and Neshaminy Valley Drive, and charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving injury/property damage, failure to render aid/give information, failure to notify police/report accident and careless driving. He will receive a summons.

On Feb. 5 at 12:54 a.m., George P. Thomas, 42, of the 11000 block of Durmont Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block Street Road, and charged with public drunkenness. He received a citation.

On Feb. 5 at 1:33 a.m., Mark F. Bowman, 23, of the 1000 block of Fourth Avenue, Croydon, was arrested in the 700 block Bristol Pike, and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Feb. 5 1:46 a.m., Vladyslav Nikolayev, 45, of the 13000 block of Howard Arthur Drive, Philadelphia, was arrested at Street Road and Tillman Avenue, and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Feb. 5 1:47 p.m., Derrick Seymour, 26, of the 1300 block of Chancellor Circle, Bensalem, was arrested at the Sears Department Store, Neshaminy Mall, and charged with retail theft. He will receive a citation.

On Feb. 5 at 2:38 p.m., Ronald Coleman Blue, 26, of the 6000 block of Cobbs Creek Parkway, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Hollister Store, Neshaminy Mall, and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

On Feb. 5 at 7:41 p.m., Geraldo Lafayette Banner, 19, of the 4800 block of Levick Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Hollister Store, Neshaminy Mall, and charged with retail theft. He will receive a summons.

On Feb. 5 at 7:43 p.m., Roxanne Koci, 47, of the 3800 block of Pearson Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 1300 block Bristol Pike, and charged with disorderly conduct. She will receive a citation.

On Feb. 6 at 1:45 p.m., Charles Meo, 36, of the 7300 block of Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2400 block of Byberry Road, on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He as turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On Feb. 6 at 9 p.m., Tasha Pitts, 28, of the 2800 block of Stouton Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Phila. She was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On Feb. 6 at 9 p.m., Amy Lynn Buhalo, 34, of the 1900 block of Oakdale Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Phila Police Warrant Unit.
