Weekend Arrests Include DUI, Retail Theft, Warrants, Public Drunkenness

Incidents involved individuals from Bristol, Croydon, Holland, Philadelphia, Trevose and Bensalem.

Between March 4 and March 6, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On March 4 at 3:04 a.m., Daniel Walp, 33, of the 400 block of Jefferson Avenue, Bristol, was arrested in the 2900 block of Street Road and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On March 4 at 4:16 a.m., Miles J. Jones, 20, of the 500 block of Main Street, Croydon, was arrested at Street Road and I-95 and charged with DUI, driving with no registration and expired inspection. He will receive a summons.

On March 4 at 12:49 p.m., Mary Claire Calista, 47, of the 200 block of Hudson Court, Holland, was arrested in the Department Store, and charged with retail theft. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.

On March 4 at 1:30 p.m., Lisa Christine Welsh, 24, of the 3300 block of Gurley Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2600 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding fugitive from justice warrant out of Atlantic County. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $100,000 cash to await extradition.

On March 4 at 6:22 p.m., George D. Schlappig, Jr., 50, of the 4700 block of Leiper Street, Philadelphia, was charged with public drunkenness in the 2400 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose. He will receive a citation.

On March 5 at 8 a.m., Joseph E. Gagne, III, 26, of the 2000 block of Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia was arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County.  He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.           

On March 5 at 11:52 a.m., Adrian Resto, 39, with no fixed address, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was released to the Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On March 5 at 2:41 p.m., Shawn Wilson, 21, of the 2500 block of Knights Road, was arrested at his residence on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On March 5 at 3:49 p.m., Timothy Celins, 45, of the 1400 block of Gibson Road, was arrested in the 5400 block of Bensalem Boulevard on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On March 5 at 7:10 p.m., two 14-year-old females were arrested in the Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. They were issued a citation.

On March 6 at 1:19 a.m., Stanosh V. George, 37, of the 1900 block of Fernbrook Avenue, Trevose was arrested in the 1800 block of Street Road and charged with disorderly conduct. He was issued a citation.

On March 6 at 9:13 a.m., John A. Oates, 44, of the 6300 block of North 10th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.
