Weekend Arrests Include Theft, Burglary, DUI, Underage Drinking, Harrassment

From Feb. 18 to Feb. 21, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Feb. 18 at noon, Kelly A. Arnold, 41, and a 16-year-old female, both of the 33500 block of Grant Avenue, Philadelphia, were arrested in the 2300 block Street Road and charged with retail theft. They were issued a citation.

On Feb. 18 at 3:15 p.m., Brittany Leah Tesini, 22, of the 500 block of West Pine Avenue, Trevose, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

On Feb. 18 at 4:58 p.m., Joshua Hager-Marcure, 18, and a 17-year-old male, both with no fixed address, were arrested in the 2800 block of Crafton Drive, and charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy, possession of an instrument of crime, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass. Hager-Marcure was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail. The 17-year-old male was taken to Edison Juvenile Detention Center.

On Feb. 19 at 2:33 a.m., Keith Riley, 30, of the 2500 block of W. Cumberland Street., Philadelphia, was arrested at Old Lincoln Highway and Street Road and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Feb. 19 at 4:48 a.m., Natalie Marie Litz, 19, of the 1100 block of Tennis Avenue, and Katlynn Dinger, 18, of the 3300 block of Kent Road, were arrested at Street Road and Knights Road, and charged with underage drinking. They will be issued a citation.

On Feb. 19 at 4:55 p.m., a 15-year-old male from Philadelphia was arrested at the Hollister Store, and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

On Feb. at 7:58 p.m., Shannon McCance, 30, of the 3400 block of Street Road, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

On Feb. 19 at 10:09 p.m., Jeffrey P. Engleman, 22, of the 4600 block of Pennypack Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block of Street Road and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Feb. 19 at 11:16 p.m., Kevin Johnson, 24, of the 1600 block of N. 15th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant. He was turned over to PA State Police.

On Feb. 20 at 2:14 a.m., James C. Cocker, Jr., 41, of the 1100 block of Elberta Avenue, was arrested in the 1900 block of Bristol Pike, and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Feb. 20 at 11:06 a.m., Andrew Brucks, 26, of the 600 block of Lake Drive, Lehighton, was arrested in the 2600 block of June Avenue, and charged with theft by unlawful taking. He was sent to Bucks county Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

On Feb. 20 at 2:17 p.m., Richard Hanks, 29, of the 5100 block of Bay Avenue, was arrested in the 5100 block of Windward Lane, and charged with harassment and disorderly conduct. He will receive citations.           

On Feb. 20 at 10:44 p.m., David Cusic, 40, of the 2600 block of Atlantic Avenue, was arrested at his residence and charged with simple assault and harassment. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.

On Feb. 21 at 2:09 p.m., Samantha Greenwald, 28, of the 900 block of Jefferson Avenue, Bristol, was arrested in the 2300 block Street Road, and charged with retail theft. She will receive a summons.
