The release stated that Cummons has been a member and local committeeperson since 2002 having recently served as the organization’s secretary. He believes Bensalem needs a government that is represented by all political affiliations, not just one party. He looks forward to this year’s presidential election and next year’s local election where voters will elect a new mayor, new members of council and school board.

The Bensalem Democratic Organization holds it monthly meetings on the third Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Bensalem Public Library. All registered democratic voters are welcome to attend the monthly meetings and consider joining the organization as a member/or committeeperson.
