The Volunteer Fire Company, Volunteer Ambulance Service Grant Program is open to volunteer companies that meet certain eligibility requirements. The funding, which is provided through gaming revenues, can be used to build, repair or renovate facilities, for training and certification of staff members, to purchase equipment, or to pay down debt associated with the purchase or renovation of facilities or equipment.

“This grant program is an invaluable resource for volunteer companies that spend a lot of time trying to raise money and recruit new members, on top of their day-to- day operations,” Mann said. “I’d like to see as many eligible companies as possible apply for this funding.”
