Neshaminy Interplex Sign to be Reconsidered by Zoning Board

The Zoning Hearing Board will consider seven requests on Feb. 7.

Seven appeals will be heard at Thursday night's Zoning Hearing Board meeting.

Neshaminy Interplex Business Center will bring one appeal before the board. The center is asking the Zoning Board to reconsider the request for a sign with a message center. The sign would be located at Route 1 and Interplex Drive. Click here to view the plans.

In addition, the board will hear requests for property to be used for truck parking and equipment, the property at 2600 State Rd. to be used as a staging yard and parking area by a contractor working on the I-95 improvement project, and several others.
