According to a release, Phillips Mill Road through traffic will be detoured over Route 32 (River Road) and Route 263 (Upper York Road) during the operation.  Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone.  Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area.  Access to the Solebury School and New Hope Crushed Stone will be maintained from Route 32 (River Road).
