How is that New Year’s Resolution going?

Number one New Year's Resolution is getting in shape. So here is the big question, how is that going for you? If you started at the beginning of the year you should have lost almost 30 pounds by now.

By March 31, 2012 you should have lost 18 to 30 pounds if you started with your New Year’s Resolution on January first. That is 1 ½ to 2 ½ pounds per week for 12 weeks. My walls in my place (Philadelphia Private Gym) I have pictures & testimonials from people who have achieved their goals to help motivate clients.

I have been helping people get in shape for 28 years now and I guess I can get into some things you can do to help yourself keep on track once you start your path to a better you. But funny thing is when the patch people asked me to write blogs on fitness I thought as people would read them they would comment on them. You know, agree or disagree with what I wrote or ask questions if they were curious about something.

Since no one is really commenting on my blogs, I like to ask everyone a question if that is okay. If you started a New Year’s Resolution this year to get in shape how are you doing? What has helped you keep on track and change your body? Go ahead mention your gym, your trainer, you’re whatever helped you. On the other side of the coin if you started and have already stopped what got in the way?
