New Years Resolution

Every year millions of Americans have the same New Year's Resolution. But so many never achieve it and next year again sadly they will ask for the same thing. Why?

“The person you are today is your invention. You’ve spent your whole like thinking, training, resting and eating to create the way you look and the way you feel now.

The way you look and feel tomorrow will be determined by what you focus on today”.

This is on the wall in my gym so everyone can read it. As you are thinking about what you are going to do to achieve your new year’s resolution. I want you to think long and hard about what you have done right and what you have done wrong so far. Take responsibility for who you are today and work on a better you for tomorrow. This is the first step you will need to take.

Simple things I tell all my new year’s resolution people is workout 3 times a week, eat small meals every 3 hours and you must stick to it for 90 days. Do not give up; you will be amazed at what you will achieve with the right guidance by March 31, 2012. YOU CAN DO IT! I can say that after almost 3 decades as a personal trainer and the owner of Philadelphia Private Gym.
