A Bucks County resident who has been trained in the subject of climate change by former Vice President Al Gore will give three presentations this week at Bucks County Community College.

During the program, Steve Bacher, a Newtown Township resident, will give an updated version of the slideshow made famous by Al Gore in the movie, “An Inconvenient Truth.”

The presentation, called  "Climate Reality: 2013 Update," is free and open to the public. It will be held on the college's Newtown campus in Room 128 of Tyler Hall. Bacher will present the program three times: Wednesday at noon and Thursday at 12:30 and 7:30 p.m.

Bacher is part of the Climate Reality Project, a grassroots network of more than 6,000 people who have been personally trained by former Vice President Al Gore.
