Beauty Queen, Survivor of Childhood Sexual Abuse, Sends an Open Message to Jerry Sandusky

Miss Greater Rockville, Katlyn Lewicke, is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. A graduate of Smith College, Lewicke is an active volunteer with a number of CSA-related organizations and has assisted on related research and administrative initiatives.

She is a native of Pennsylvania and was, like millions of others, angered at the Penn State sexual abuse revelations, as well as moved by the plight of the victims. She sat down on Friday with Vernon Patch to record an open message to former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky, who has been convicted of sexual misconduct.
