United German Hungarian Club is proud to announce its 1st Annual Spring Fling Vendor & Craft Fair. This is a 2 day event so make sure you book your space early!
Event Date is Friday April 13th 2012 6-10pm and Saturday April 14th 2012 9am - 4:00pm.
We are excited to announce, we will be having a wine and cheese event Friday night during a sneak preview of the product for sale until 10pm.

There will be a great variety of vendors with handmade crafts and popular products for sale as well as food and drinks on Saturday.
In addition to the vendor and product offering there will be a variety of prizes and gift cards to be won on Friday and Saturday during the event.

Entrance fee is $5 to the public.
We already have a flat screen tv, an American Doll “McKenna”Spa Gift package worth $150, Philadelphia Union Soccer Tickets and various Star Wars Toys to be won!
Vendor spaces are limited so be sure to book early. Only 1 representative per company will be permitted. Cost for the 2 day table is $45.00 checks payable to: UGH – Ladies Auxiliary

We need to have 1 (one) donated item from each vendor with your name and contact information listed. We will be publishing a vendor list and contact information for each person in attendance. We promise to promote you and your products!
Event will be advertised starting this week, we are expecting a large turnout and expect this event to happen in the spring and just after thanksgiving each year.
UGH will provide tables, please bring table cloth with you. Electricity is available, please state on your registration form if you need electricity for your product or any other special needs. We will do our best to accomidate your request.
All registrations must be submitted by April 1st, 2012. All vendors once registered will be listed on our website and monthly newsletters to promote you and your product being at the craft fair.
