Holy Redeemer's Heart Healthy Expo

Holy Redeemer's Cardiovascular Center and the American Heart Association will hold its Heart Healthy Expo at the Holy Redeemer Court in front of the Neshaminy Mall Macy’s (at Route 1 and Bristol Road).

Get diabetes information, blood pressure and healthy heart screenings and a body mass index analyses. Enjoy a free hand massage, get information on how to sleep better and try your hand at Wii Fit.

Spin the Holy Redeemer Cardiovascular Heart Center Wheel for a chance to win a prize, too.

There's even activities for children at the American Heart
Association Kid’s Zone, like jump rope demonstrations, CPR information focusing on bystander CPR and more.
