SHOWCASE SUNDAYS
Where/when: Parx Casino, 2999 Street Road, Bensalem, Sundays from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. 
Why go: Hear bands showcase their talents - or register your band to perform at Parx's 360 live music venue. 
Cost: Free

TEEN GAME NIGHT
Where/when: Saint Luke's United Church of Christ, 11080 Knight Road, Philadelphia (near Franklin Mills Mall), Saturday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. 
Why go: Rainbow Café Philadelphia, a safe space program for LGBT teens ages 14 to 19, will be hosting its first game night at the church.
Cost: Free

COMEDY NIGHT
Where/when: The Comedy Works at Georgine's Restaurant, 1320 Newport Road, Bristol, Friday dinner/comedy show at 7 p.m.; Friday, Saturday show only at 9:30 p.m. 
Why go: See comedians Joe Bubblewicz, Stacy Kendro and Scott Schendlinger
Cost: Friday's dinner/show is $37.50; Friday, Saturday show only is $15

HOLY FAMILY OPEN HOUSE
Where/when: Holy Family University, 9801 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, Sunday at noon.
