FALL FESTIVAL
Where/when: Christian Life Center, 3100 Galloway Road, Bensalem, Saturday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. 
Why go: Enjoy inflatables, face painting, pumpkin decorating, hay rides, a rock climbing wall, preschool hay maze, games, prizes, and more during family-friendly event.
Cost: Free (except for food).

HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR
Where/when: Hilltop Athletic Club, 4100 Grove Ave., Trevose, Saturday at 7 p.m. 
Why go: Proceeds from the White Dove Charities annual night of games, dancing and Halloween costume contest benefit Bensalem-based Libertae.
Cost: $40 at the door.

RECYCLING DAY
Where/when: 
Bensalem Township Public Works, 3800 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 
Why go: This e-waste recycling collection event is intended for items such as toys, computers, laptops, televisions, cell phones, mobile devices and much more. Anything with a plug will be accepted and recycled…except large appliances, smoke detectors, and rear-projection TVs.
Cost: Free

PARX COSTUME CONTEST
Where/when: Parx Casino, 2999 Street Road, Bensalem, Saturday from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Why go: Dress in your Halloween best for a chance to win $5,000 in cash.
Cost: You set the stakes. (The Spirit of Halloween will be scouring the casino floor for the best Halloween costumes).
