Holiday TreeFest, Lights, Christmas at Sesame

See what holiday happenings are happening in Bensalem and nearby.

The holiday season is in full swing and there's lots to do. Here are some options:

HOLIDAY TREEFEST
Where/when: Bucks County Visitor Center, 3207 Street Road in Bensalem, seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Jan. 7 (with the exception of Christmas and New Year's Day)

CHRISTMAS COMES TO SESAME PLACE
Where/when: 
Sesame Place, 100 Sesame Road, Langhorne, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. 
Why go: Experience the Sesame Street theme park's holiday program, "A Very Furry Christmas.

THAT'S A LOT OF LIGHTS
Where/when: 
1 White Spruce Lane, Levittown, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. every day
Why go: See how many thousands of lights, inflatables, Santa Clauses, rein deer and more Neil DiSpirito has crammed onto his front lawn.
Cost: Free

HOLIDAY LIGHT SHOW
Where/when: 
Shady Brook Farm, 931 Stony Hill Road, Yardley, every night through Jan. 5, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. 
Why go: See seven swans a swimming and other days of Christmas, an illuminated Grinch and his dog, Max, plus countless other light displays and animated holiday scenes in this drive through the farm. 
Cost: $20 per car Monday through Thursday; $25 per car Friday through Sunday. Click here for more pricing specifics.

LIVE MUSIC
Where/when: Parx Casino, 2999 Street Road, Bensalem, Friday from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. (Love Seed Mama Jump); Saturday from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. (Drop Dead Sexy)
