One star is being very generous. This company will sell you products but does not support what they sell. We purchased a very expensive Pride power wheelchair from them over a year ago. Now, when we need service, we were told that they are too busy to repair the chair. They weren't too busy to make the sale! They don't rerturn phone calls in a timely manner and are a disappointment! They should be ashamed to work with disabled individuals who really need their help. The customer service rep who answers the phone is very nice but she doesn't have the ability to make the owner or repair people do the work... Go elsewhere to buy your products!
