The owner is rude and just barks orders from a chai while playing on his phone.

The food is admittedly good, but the owner is just the rudest person I have ever dealt with! Not surprisingly, many other reviews of this place, in other places, say the same thing! If they get your order right, it's good, but they often make mistakes and don't ever, even think you'll be reimbursed an overcharge or for something they forget to include in your order. Don't even think they'll ever make it right! The young kids try, when he's not in, but they always, honestly, seem afraid of the owner, like he must treat them the same way. If you go here, realize you're paying for good food, but NOT, ever, for good service! This owner, NEVER, EVER feels the customer is right, lies that he's sending your corrected order back out for delivery, never calls you back to tell you that, is rude if you happen to be IN the restaurant and will tell you they don't "make that", for things that you've ordered several times, then just walk away from you, actually yell, in a "Barking" voice, at you and hang up on you if you're on the phone! He also closes early, when he feels like it, and if you say you're calling before closing time, says "I'm the owner, I can close whenever I want", and says he doesn't have to call customers back, w/problems w/the delivery, because "I'm the owner!"
The worst thing is, they took OVER a YEAR, "Getting their new menu PRINTED"...and they did NOT even change the listed prices on their menu board, INside the restaurant...but, charge you the higher prices!
