State Police Arrest Dublin Woman in Court Lobby for Drug Warrant

Trevose troopers picked up a Dublin woman in Penndel District Court on an outstanding criminal warrant for drug manufacturing.

On Dec. 3 at 9:35 a.m., state police arrested a 46-year-old Dublin woman on an outstanding criminal warrant at Penndel district court. According to a police report, the trooper was informed by court clerks that the woman was in the court’s lobby and she had an active felony arrest warrant from the Attorney General’s office for a manufacture, delivery or possession of drugs offense. State Police Charge Turnersville Man with Drunk Driving

Trevose troopers Thursday stopped a speeding vehicle on I-95 in Bensalem and charged the driver with DUI.

On Thursday, Nov. 29 at 2:30 a.m., 2:10 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 southbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, a 22-year-old Turnersville, NJ man, was found to be intoxicated. He faces DUI charges in district court.

Cash Taken in Langhorne Doughnut Shop Burglary

The Dunkin' Donuts in the Langhorne section of Middletown was hit be thieves on Thursday night.

  Police in Middletown are investigating the burglary of a busy doughnut shop in the Langhorne section of the township. According to authorities, the burglars made entry to the Dunkin' Donuts in the 600 block of West Maple Avenue in Langhorne at 10:16 p.m. Tuesday night. The side door to the building was found pried open. Once inside the store, the thieves made their way to cash register and took two draws filled with an undetermined amount of money, police said. The robbery happened after the shop was closed. The store, which is fairly new, is located on the corner of West Maple Avenue and Old Lincoln Highway. Parking is often hard to find at the busy location during weekday mornings.

Bensalem police Thursday charged two senior citizens with public drunkenness and harassment.

He was issued a citation. At 12:29 p.m., a 65-year-old Bensalem woman was charged with harassment in the 2500 block of Dunksferry Road. She was issued a citation.

At 5:19 p.m., a 44-year-old Croydon woman was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft, resisting arrest, false Id to law enforcement and unsworn false written statement. State Police Charge Sex Offender with Megan’s Law Violation

Trevose troopers picked up Michael Jospeh, a Megan’s Law registrant, for not telling police he moved.

  On Nov. 27 at 12:50 p.m., state police arrested a Philadelphia sex offender at a motel in Trevose. Troopers said Michael J. Joseph, 53, failed to notify state police of a change of address within 48 hours. Joseph is required to register under Megan’s Law. He was taken into custody by the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department on a domestic relations warrant as well as a parole violation related to the Megan’s Law violation. Joseph was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility. Trooper Joseph Schmidt investigated the incident.
