Six Thefts Reported from Macy's, Horizon Center

Police charged eight people with retail theft at Macy's Department Store and the Horizon Center between Feb. 1 and 3.

Eight people were arrested and charged with retail theft over the weekend of Friday, Feb. 1 and Sunday, Feb. 3, according to police reports. Bensalem Police Department released a recent blotter that included six incidents of retail theft. Though eight people were arrested and charged, they are to be considered innocent until proved guilty in accordance with existing state and federal law or local ordinances. On Feb. 1 at 1:35 p.m., a 41-year-old man from Philadelphia was arrested and charged with retail theft on the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, police said. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail. Just before 5 p.m. on the same day, two 17-year-old boys from Trenton, NJ were arrested and charged with retail theft and…
