Police Arrest Fugitive from Justice, Trespasser

Bristol man wanted in New Jersey awaits extradition.

On April 26, Bensalem police made the following arrests: At 11:47 a.m., Miguel Hernandez Avila, 25, of the 1700 block of Bath Road, Bristol, was arrested at Gibson Rd and Bensalem Boulevard on an outstanding fugitive from justice warrant out of Hudson County, N.J. He was sent to Bucks County Prison to await extradition. At 8:50 p.m., Kimberly Tully, 41, of the 4900 block of Oxford Court, was arrested in the 2100 block of Galloway Road and charged with defiant trespass. She will receive a non-traffic citation.

Police Report Wednesday Incidents

Charges included warrants, theft, underage drinking and open containers.

On April 20, Bensalem police made the following arrests: At 3:05 p.m., John Vance, 37, of the 1000 block Fitch Road, Southampton, was arrested in the 4300 Block Old Lincoln Highway on an outstanding Bucks County Sheriff’s warrant. He was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department. At 3:42 a.m., John Francis Blaney, 21, of the 800 block Simons Avenue, was charged with Retail Theft in the 3400 Block Horizon Boulevard, Trevose. Officer will proceed with charges via summons. At 5:43 p.m., Andrea Moore, 23, of the 7300 block Rugby Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 Block Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with Retail Theft.  Moore was lodged in Bucks County Prison on $10,000 bail. Police Make Seven Arrests

Charges included warrants, theft and disorderly conduct.

On April 19, Bensalem police made the following arrests: At 1:30 p.m., Paul Cooper, 34, of the 6900 block of Lynford Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2400 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was transported to Philadelphia County Prison. At 2:13 p.m., Tyrone Williams, 35, with no fixed address, was arrested in the 2500 block of Street Road on an outstanding PA State Probation and Parole warrant. He was transported to Bucks County Prison to await PA State Probation and Parole Officers. At 3:41 p.m., a 14-year-old female and a 17-year-old female, both from Philadelphia, were charged with retail theft in the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall. Individuals involved were from Levittown, Philadelphia and Bensalem.

On Thursday, April 14, Bensalem police made the following arrests: At 12:14 p.m., Anthony K. Barber, 26, of Graceful Lane, Levittown, was arrested in the 1600 block of Street Road on an outstanding fugitive from justice warrant out of Mercer County, N.J. He was sent to Bucks County Prison to await extradition. At 12:30 p.m., Frank Chacon, 24, of the 2000 block of E. Sager Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit. On Wednesday, April 13, Bensalem police made the following arrests: At 1 a.m., Kevan Burns, 51, of the 3200 block of Carroll Court, was arrested at his residence and charged with simple assault and harassment. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail. At 10:10 a.m., a 16-year-old male from Bensalem was arrested in the 4300 block of Hulmeville Road and charged with disorderly conduct. On Tuesday, April 12, Bensalem police made the following arrests: At 1:56 a.m., Sean I. Goska, 35, of the 500 block of Bath Street, Bristol, was arrested in the 700 block of Bristol Pike and charged with DUI, driving with a DUI suspended license and no insurance.
