Township officials are inviting residents to experience some holiday cheer tomorrow evening as they light Bensalem's official Christmas tree. The festivities take place at 6 p.m. at the municipal complex, 2400 Byberry Road. If you're in the mood for some pre-lighting cheer, the township Public Safety Department is holding its annual toy drive at Texas Roadhouse. That event runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. It includes door prizes and raffles. The cost is $20 plus a new toy at the door or $5 plus a toy for children under 10.
