24-Year-Old Man Arrested for Graffiti

State police charged a 24-year-old Levittown man with criminal mischief after he was caught defacing a wall with graffiti.

A Levittown man was charged with criminal mischief after being caught defacing a wall with graffiti on Monday, Jan. 7, according to a State Police report. The 24-year-old was seen using spray paint just after 12:30 a.m. to deface a concrete wall at the Durham Road overpass southbound on 95 in Middletown Township, police said. The man was placed into custody by Trooper Horlacher and taken to the Trevose Station of the Pennsylvania State Police, where he was processed and released, the report said. Charges have been filed for violations of the PA Crimes Code.

Man Smashes Window While Moving; Charged with Mischief

State police Monday charged a man with mischief for breaking a window with a hammer as he moved out of a residence.

  The following information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. Where an arrest is listed, it does not indicate a conviction. On Monday, Oct. 1 at 3:30 p.m., state police responded to the 900 block of Bellevue Avenue, Hulmeville. State Police said a Penndel man was moving from the location when he broke a window at the residence with a hammer. The man was charged with criminal mischief in district court.
