Man Convicted of Killing Local Woman 25 Years Ago Wins DNA Test
According to the Pottstown Mercury, Robert Conway, a Norristown man who has served 25 years in prison for the 1986 murder of Michele Capitano, of Bensalem, has won a court battle to have DNA tests conducted on items recovered from the crime scene.
