Fish Fry, Easter Bunny Breakfast, Flower Sale & More Happening this Weekend

FISH FRY-TUNA HOAGIE SALE Where/when: Trevose Fire Company, 4900 Street Rd., Fri. 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. What: Fish sandwiches are available to purchase to suport the fire company. Tickets were sold in advance for the food, but a limited amount is available at the door. Cost: $8 for adults (four pieces of cod, french fries and cole slaw), $4 for children (two pieces of cod, fries and slaw), $5 for 8-inch tuna hoagie. EASTER FLOWER SALE Where/when: Newport Fire Department Station 44, 5961 Bensalem Blvd., Bensalem, Fri.-Sat. 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sun. 8 a.m. to noon. Think Pink Benefit, Pancake Breakfast Among Weekend Events

MULTI-GENERATIONAL ART SHOW Where/when: Bensalem Senior Citizens Association, 1850 Byberrry Rd., Bensalem. Friday-Sunday, 12 - 3 p.m. What: Art will displayed by senior citizens, Bensalem students and the YWCA anti-bullying program.  Everyone is invited to attend. Great art, music and friends. We hear it’s going to be a rainy weekend. While we hope that’s not true, we managed to find some indoor events and classes that will get you out of the house, but still keep you dry.  BOATING FOR BEGINNERS  Where/When: Middletown Township Municipal Offices (3 Municipal Way, Langhorne) Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Why Go: If you plan on taking your boat for a spin at the shore this summer, you need to attend this class. After this eight-hour course, you’ll be legally certified to boat in all states! Pricing: $55 resident, $65 non- residents.
