Police: Bensalem Man Charged For Violating PFA Order In Bristol

  Nate Martin, 27, of Bensalem, was arrested on a PFA (Protection From Abuse) violation police said. It happened at 6:36 p.m. on May 9 at Venice Ashby Lots in Bristol. He was arraigned at District Court No. 3 with bail set at $25,000. He was then sent to Bucks County Prison. Sometime between May 7 and May 8 someone stole a Witt Air Conditioning Condensing Unit from a location on Veterans Highway in Bristol police said. The unit is valued at $4,000. It was reported at 7:49 p.m. on May 9. Sometime between 10:15 a.m. and 11:51 a.m. on May 9 someone stole a cell phone from a tractor parked on Beaver Dam Road in Bristol, according to police. 3 Bristol Men Sentenced In State-Wide 'Operation Black Widow'

Three men arrested last April for their role in a statewide cocaine and heroin ring sentenced to state prison.

  Pennsylvania Attorney General Linda Kelly announced three Bristol Township men, arrested in April 2011 as part of an ongoing investigation known as "Operation Black Widow," pled guilty and were sentenced to state prison. On March 16, Kelly said Anthony Gary, Brian Ballard and Victor Ballard pled guilty on multiple counts of corrupt organizations, possession with the intent to deliver, conspiracy and criminal use of a communication facility. Gary was sentenced to eight to 16 years in state prison, Victor Ballard was sentenced to seven and one-half to 15 years in state prison and Brian Ballard is awaiting sentencing. School Put On Lockdown During Bristol Pursuit

A Levittown school was put on lockdown for a short time after a police pursuit in Bristol Township.

  A Levittown school was put on lockdown for a short time after a police pursuit in Bristol Township, according to the Breaking News Network. Two people were taken into custody shortly before 2:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 2300 block of Dixon Avenue following an incident in Bensalem. According to CBS Philly, authorities said the pursuit began following a drug deal involving uncover police in Bensalem.  Nearby Maple Shade Elementary School went into lockdown for a short time as a precaution, CBS Philly reports. Vandal 'Eggs' Car In Croydon

  Bristol Township police released their latest crime report.  Police said a vandal threw eggs at gray Chevy Caprice that was parked at Dolores Lane in Croydon. It happened sometime overnight on Jan. 9.  In another act of vandalism, police said the driver's side tail light of a Mitsubishi ECL was smashed sometime between 10 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 10. The vehicle was parked at Ford Road in Bristol.  Also, police said five to six new CDs, worth $75, were stolen from a GMC Envoy that was parked at Carnarvon Avenue in Bristol. It was reported happening sometime overnight on Nov. 9.

CVS Clerk Foils Would-Be Robbery

Levittown gas station robbed at gunpoint.

  A CVS clerk foiled a would-be robbery, according to Bristol Township police. It happened at the CVS on Woodburne Road in Levittown at 3:18 p.m. on Dec. 9. Police said the robber handed the cashier a bottle of water and a demand note. The note stated he had a gun and would shoot if the cashier did not empty the register. Instead of handing over money, the cashier called the store manager.  The robber fled on foot. He was described as a white man with short red or brown hair, who was wearing a black crew neck sweater, blue jeans and white sneakers.  In a separate incident, the robber was able to flee with money. An armed robber struck at a BP Gas Station in Levittown at 10:40 p.m. on Dec. 9. Police said the armed robber entered the station…
