A 23-year-old Falls Township man was arraigned on charges he drove intoxicated into a tree at the corner of Makefield Road and Woolstone Drive in the township during a January 2012 car crash that claimed the life of his friend. A Connecticut truck driver is under arrest for vehicular homicide related to a fatal crash that occurred in Trevose on April 21. According to a release, Andrew Ziemba, 32, of Meriden, CT, turned surrendered Friday to Bensalem police on charges of homicide by vehicle and related offenses. He was arraigned by Judge Joseph Falcone and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $200,000, 10 percent bail. On April 21 at approximately 1:35 p.m., police responded to the intersection of Street Road and Old Lincoln Highway for a report of a two-vehicle crash involving a tractor trailer.
